How to return or exchange an item
You have the right to refuse the ordered goods of good quality without giving a reason at any time: before receiving it, at the time of delivery of the goods or after receipt within 10 days
Return or exchange of goods is possible subject to the safety of its presentation (packaging, seals, labels), consumer properties, as well as a sales or cash receipt
Goods of good quality are not subject to return in accordance with List 1 to the Rules of Retail Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 75 dated February 13, 2003, including cotton, linen, silk, woolen and synthetic fabrics, goods made from non-woven materials such as fabrics – Ribbons, braid, lace and other textile goods sold per meter; as well as sewing and knitted underwear, hosiery and gloves
To return the goods through the Seller’s delivery service, for this it is necessary

– attach a sales or cash receipt of the order to the return application
